What items are eligible for return?

Living products (plants) and farm products (eggs, u-pick) are not eligible for return after purchase.


Non-living products (statues, stone, seeds) must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. A valid receipt for purchase must be provided.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
