Nat 20 Ventures LLC, an Alabama limited liability company, doing business as Family Roots Nursery and Garden Center, located at 983 Lee County Road 158, Opelika, AL 36804 (the “Company”), and the Sponsor(s) identified below.No payment will be collected at the time of submission of this Agreement. A Family Roots team member will contact the Sponsor with next steps to complete the sponsorship process.
If two Sponsors are listed, they shall be treated collectively as the “Sponsor.” The Company has no obligation to allocate recognition, benefits, or acknowledgements between co-sponsors unless expressly agreed in writing.
This Agreement constitutes a voluntary sponsorship and charitable-style contribution to support community-focused programs operated by Company. Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that:
Sponsor contribution shall support one or more of Company’s community programs, include, but are not limited to:
Program descriptions may be provided separately for informational purposes. The Company retains discretion over implementation, sequencing, and execution of program activities.
Sponsor acknowledges that sponsorship funds are non-refundable and may be used in a manner consistent with program goals, operational needs, and community priorities. No payment will be collected at the time of submitting this Agreement. A Family Roots team member will review your submission and contact you with next steps to complete the process.
Company agrees to use sponsorship funds in good faith to support the identified program(s). Sponsor understands that:

No Fiduciary Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a fiduciary relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Company and the Sponsor.
Sponsorship recognition is optional and based on Sponsor preference.
The Company retains discretion regarding the format, placement, and duration of any recognition.
The terms of this Agreement and any related financial information shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permitted pursuant to Section 8 (Recognition).
This Agreement is non-transferable and non-assignable. Sponsor may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any rights under it.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, with venue in Lee County, Alabama.
The parties agree to attempt informal mediation in good faith before pursuing any formal legal action.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding sponsorship contributions and supersedes all prior discussions. Amendments must be in writing and signed by all parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be given in writing and may be delivered by electronic mail (email) or text message to the contact information on file for each party, unless a party provides updated contact information in writing. Notices shall be deemed effective upon receipt.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge your intent to sponsor at the selected level.
No payment will be collected at the time of submission of this Agreement. Submission of this Agreement constitutes a request for sponsorship and does not, by itself, complete the payment process. Upon review and acceptance, the Sponsor agrees to remit the sponsorship amount specified herein in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company, and a Family Roots team member will contact the Sponsor with next steps to complete the sponsorship process.
